Grace Le holds a MA Oxf degree in English Language & Literature from Wadham College, Oxford, and a MA degree in Development and Emergency Practice from Oxford Brookes University. She manages health partnership projects that support surgical training and research in sub-Saharan Africa. These include COSECSA Oxford Orthopaedic Link (COOL), a collaboration to strengthen clubfoot treatment and training through the development of new teaching materials. She works for the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS). Grace Le supports the research of SURG-Africa, with particular focus on Participatory Action Research (PAR).
