Principle investigator

Edward Kataika holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics, a Master of Arts in Health Management, Planning and Policy and a postgraduate diploma in Public Administration and Civil Service Management. Edward Kataika is a health systems development expert with 20 years’ experience in health management, planning and economics. He is the director of programmes at ECSA-HC and also the chief advisor to the director general in all technical matters. He leads the SURG-Africa project in Tanzania.
