Today we will be talking to one of our colleagues in Malawi, Professor Nyengo Mkandawire, to learn about the region while reviewing his professional career.

Professor Mkandawire is the dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Malawi, fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, foundation fellow of the College of Surgeons of East Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA), and a fellow of the Federation for Advancement In Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), among others.
