10. Dr Julio Mayol & Dr Dominique Vervoort (Spain & Belgium)

We had a very interesting conversation on social media and advocacy with:

- Dr Julio Mayol, a Full Professor of Surgery and a Member of the Center for Surgical Studies at the Complutense University of Madrid. Also Medical Director of the San Carlos Clinical Hospital and Director of the Innovation Unit of the San Carlos Health Research Institute. Vice President of the Foundation for Biomedical Research San Carlos and Secretary of the BJS Society (British Journal of Surgery).

​- Dr Dominique Vervoort, Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Trustees of InciSion, is Candidate for Masters in Public Health and Masters in Business Administration (MPH-MBA) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Dr Vervoort completed the Paul Farmer Global Surgery Fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
